The Desert Village is a very "fast" map. You can finish matches here very quickly due to populated Survival Areas and very short Idol carrying routes.
The spawn point in the Desert Village is right in the middle of the map on top of a building. Further references will be made with respect to this point. For example, Siege Area C is in the back, both idol spawn points are on the left side and the chest is on the right.

Survival Area A (Pic. 2.) is on the left side in the corner where Idol B and a well with an RPG can be found. That's the place where two players should start killing enemies and the third player could cover them from the stairs (part of Idol B route), but unlike in other Survival Areas, this one isn't the only one until 10 kills are left. In fact, after ~8 kills, you can expect the next area to become populated so it's recommended not to leave the third player alone for a long time and join him after a quick sweep of the Survival Area A.

Survival Area B (Pic. 3.) is at the second well with the M32-Hammer and Sawed-Off Shotgun on it. It can become dangerous as once your teammates are done in the Survival Area A, many enemies will spawn here very quickly. Luckily, there are many opportunities to take cover on this map, you can even climb on top of one of the buildings and simply take enemies out from there.

Note - once in a while, there's a sandstorm on this map which will greatly impair your sight and hearing and can lead to a quick death. In such case, if you hear that the storm is coming, you may want to consider hiding in the bottom-left side (with respect to the main spawn point) of this map where Idol A spawns and avoid any issues.
Siege Area A (Pic. 4.) covers the bottom level of the building on the left side. Every round in this area starts with a high amount of simultaneous spawn of enemies in the Survival Area A followed by waves of enemies coming from the right side (with respect to your main spawn point).
Luckily, there is a great spot where you can take cover at the back wall in this area, separated with rocks from all sides. It's a good place to take cover if you run into some trouble especially when playing on Crushing. On Hard or lower difficulty setting, one player should cover the left stairs (Idol B route), the other the right stair (Idol A route) and the third player can help out whenever necessary and keep an eye on the top level as there's a hole right above you and enemies will shoot you from there as well.

Siege Area B (Pic. 5.) is located within the Survival Area B and just as during a Survival round, enemies will start spawning at the bottom well with the RPG in it so you should secure the stairs at first. Then, things will get more intense once Survival Area B activates. At this point, you have to keep an eye out for enemies coming from all directions.
Luckily, a fraction of the top part of the building which this area covers also counts as part of the Siege zone. That said, one player could sit there to quickly take out enemies which your teammates may not see. Also, during a sandstorm, you may want to hide on top of this structure or take cover below it.

Siege Area C (Pic. 6.) is on the highest point of the map, right at the back of your main spawn point. It covers pretty much half of the upper area and just due to its architecture, only offers 3 main directions from which you can expect enemies to come.
This is the only part which can slow down a match as all enemies have to climb there before you can see and kill them. Some will come from the left side - there are two "entrances" there (from the upper level of Siege Area A and to its right), some from where you've probably climbed up from (back entrance, with respect to your main spawn point) and later also from the right side. Since you're also in a team of three, it's easy to simply assign one person to each side. Enemies will spawn and come as they would during a Survival round, so expect them to come primarily from the left and center and later from the right side. Alternatively, one player could also climb to the small elevation next to the rock on which you can find the Mag 5 to help out with the primary entrances and keep an eye out on the right side.
Note - it is possible to carry a PAK-80 gun up there, which is very important for rounds 7-10. To do so, you need to access this area by going along the right wall. Take a right turn at the Gold Rush chest and climb close to the corner (climbing over the first step at a 45 degree angle).

The chest in the Desert Village (Pic. 7.) is on the right side, close to the upper well with the M32-Hammer and Sawed-off Shotgun. As usual, enemies will spawn there directly, pretty much from every point from the Survival Area B so it can become a dangerous place. Therefore, it is advised to leave the M32-Hammer at the well in order to quickly kill multiple enemies before the idol carrier arrives who should be equipped with a Mag 5 (found at the bottom left between both stairways) for some additional quick blindfire kills.

There are only 2 idol spawn points on this map, both on the left side. Idol A (Pic. 8.) appears in the corner within Siege Area A. The default route to carry it is probably the shortest route in the game. Simply go up the stairs and you can either carry it to the chest if you have a Mag 5 and the area is relatively safe, or throw it close to the chest when reaching the top of the stairs.

Idol B (Pic. 9.) can be found in a corner in the Survival Area A, close to the bottom well with the RPG. It can be carried through either of the staircases leading to the chest. Based on where your teammates are you may choose one of them.

Unfortunately, due to the very high population of enemies in the chest area, especially when playing on Crushing or PAKman arrives if the 7th round is a Gold Rush round, you may need to take a longer alternative route to safely transport the idol. This route goes up the stairs on which you can find Idol B, then you need to throw the idol up to the Siege Area C and then transport it along the right wall (the same place you would go to when trying to access Siege Area C with a PAK-80) to thrown it close to the chest from there. Your teammates could lure the enemies away from you towards Siege Area A.
